Rebecca is currently at work on a new fitness book called “Gettin' the Boot” ™ …Just the kick in the pants your workout needs! It will present a tough love approach to losing weight and getting into shape. The same workouts Hollywood celebs use when they need to shape up fast. This book will give you the real deal on getting into shape not the myths or quick fix plans other books suggest will work. The book will contain fun, challenging workouts guaranteed to spice up anyone's exercise regiment and get the results you want in less than 30 minutes a day 3 times a week!!
Rebecca has also invented a total body training unit including workout routines which will incorporate elements of resistance training, yoga, Pilates, Core training and balance work. She is currently seeking partners to help bring this unit to market in late 2006.
She is also busy creating a video series of the same name as her book. This will be a boot camp style workout and will challenge your body, mind and soul like no other workout will! |
