How do you self motivate?
Over the years I found a trick that works for me is by scheduling myself in my own appointment book as a client. I schedule myself like I would any other important appointment. The fun part of the appointment is that I write myself down with my alter ego’s name which is “Rebel Rose”.
The other tip is to choose a new goal at least every six months. The goal could be anything from fitting back into your “skinny” jeans or deciding to make a trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro. The fun is in the journey and what you learn along the way. The bonus is reaching the goal.
