Ways You Can Work With Me
In a private session, you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about breathwork, have me work on dialing in your breath pattern and then we will focus on whatever areas you need clarity around. If you are ready to go even deeper we will determine what areas you are looking to shift and then I will guide you through the breathwork.
Session length: 75 - 90 minutes
A class is a great way to experience this work. You will be in a group of between 20-40 people and have an opportunity to see if you like my style and want to dive deeper into the practice of breathwork. It's also very cost-effective. Many people who come to class love the support and energy of the group and find it very empowering.
Class length: 60 minutes
If you found me online or were referred to me through a friend but don't live in LA, we can still work together. I work with many clients all over the world. All you need is a good Internet connection and a willingness to do the work and we can work via Zoom (Skype). The virtual session design is the same as the private session above - we just aren't in person. It's a wonderful alternative.

What is Breathwork?

For many people, myself included Breathwork can be the key to unlocking your full potential in all realms of your life.
The practice of breathing in altered breath patterns allows you to influence the nervous system in a way that helps release stuck energy and negative loops patterns, taps into blocked creative channels and relieves stress, anxiety and overwhelm. The greatest gift of all is that breathwork truly connects us back to our hearts and spirits.
Breathwork calms the mind and spirit which allows your “monkey mind” to get quiet. After every session you will feel a renewed sense of clarity and focus.
Breathwork allows your parasympathetic nervous system to wake up which signals your body to relax. For many, breathwork is an easier and quicker way to access a quiet mind than struggling with sitting in silence. It’s a more active form of meditation.
Deep, conscious breathing connects you back to your heart and spirit which ultimately can be the key to losing weight, letting go of bad habits and taking 100% control of your health.
It’s a known fact that Shamanistic and Pranayama teachers in India reached altered states of consciousness using breathwork. If you simply just need to shift your energy in the moment, 2-3 slow deep conscious breaths can get you “back to good!”
When the body is more relaxed through deep and focused breathwork, your organs function better. So if you want healthier digestion and elimination – breathe deep!
We all get frustrated sometimes but displaced anger or moments of rage are not healthy and can destroy relationships. Breathwork can help regulate anger outbursts and displaced rage. Obviously, underlying issues should still be addressed but breathwork is a great place to start!
