I have been a fitness specialist for over 25 years and I have proven results. Sometimes, all you need is a really good kick start with someone who knows how to handle anybody. I have worked with professional athletes, celebrities, CEO’s, corporations and more. My specialty is functional training that targets clients' goals in a way that makes sure they achieve them.

My workouts are a blend of many modalities, but strength exercises, core moves, balance drills, boxing for cardio and interval training are a few of my favorites. I make sure every session is not only fun but also moves my clients closer to a healthy, functional, fit and sexy as hell body.

I believe that creating a strong yet fit body is the key. Big muscles may look good, but they don’t always have the flexibility and functionality for lifting a heavy bag off of the ground, carrying a baby on your hip, or enjoying a weekend game of tennis without injury.

My workouts are a blend of strength exercises, core moves, boxing, balance drills, and interval training. I can train you anywhere you are; on movie sets, outdoors, in your office, hotel room, etc. I can take what’s available and still kick your ass.

I make sure that every session moves you closer to a well-rounded, functional, and fit body.
