If you would have met me 30 years ago you would not recognize me…yes I look much the same (minus a few years) but I’m referring to my heart, my spirit and my mindset!  I was on most days battling low grade depression, lack of worthiness and a dance with addiction!

It took me hitting my own “rock bottom” with drugs and then realizing my whole life had to change if I wanted to leave something meaningful behind on this planet!  Fast forward to today and as I just turned the big 60 I am blessed to be touching lives everyday in many ways through my life coaching programs, breathwork classes/trainings and with my 69K engaged following on my Instagram platform. 

I love the work I get to do now on this planet after 20+ years of “doing the work” on ME to understand how to truly “be the boss of MY HAPPY and healthy one breath, one thought at a time!”  Passing this wisdom on is my greatest gift…because I learned how to spin “gold” out of my pain!
