For 24 years, I’ve been deeply involved in the fitness and wellness realm, transitioning from roles like celebrity trainer, massage therapist, and fitness ambassador to becoming a wellness consultant, podcast host, and speaker. While I’ve influenced the lives of Hollywood stars, athletes, and diverse individuals externally, I’ve always recognized the limitations of this one-dimensional approach. My perspective shifted 8 years ago upon discovering Breathwork, leading me to integrate life coaching techniques. Now, my primary focus is an inside-out approach, prioritizing inner well-being.

My noteworthy fitness career boasts media appearances and features, yet these accolades hold little value when external success contrasts with inner discontent. Similarly, achieving mental tranquility but lacking physical vitality proves unsatisfying. Prior to my Breathwork revelation, my 26-year personal journey encompassed various healing methods like journaling, yoga, therapy, and more. Despite their benefits, none paralleled the immediate and consistent peace achieved by breathwork and mindset shifts. With my new venture, The Breath Zone, I’m enthusiastic about combining mind, body, and spirit to guide individuals toward genuine inner and outer happiness, one breath at a time.
